Roberta Dreon

Roberta Dreon, teaches Aesthetics at the Department of Philosophy and Cultural Heritage at Ca’ Foscari University, Venice. She has published on Dewey’s aesthetics, on classical pragmatism, and on phenomenology. For some years her inquiries have been focused on the relations between language and sensibility in their wider aspects and consequences, as well as on the anthropological roots of the aesthetic in its many facets. Habits, emotions and enlanguaged experience are at the centre of her current research.
